    This extraordinary day will celebrate the fabled story-telling spider, Anansi. 

    Join artists in making a giant Anansi web in the square for a larger than life Anansi, whilst listening to tales of Anansi from storyteller Baden Prince. Webhouse decorations by the Hackney Caribbean Elderly Association with giant Anansi portrayed by Cid Shaha. 

    Spectacular performances by Gahu Dramatic Arts and Yaram Arts add to the festivities. 2.30-4pm.

    Delicious BBQ’s will be available all round the Square.
